Join Texell for a Kiddo Card event!

Register Now

Come to Texell’s headquarters on August 8th for games, treats, and get a registered Kiddo Card with important information about your child from the Temple Police Department. Be sure to fill out a Child Identification Card Information Form beforehand, and bring it to the event for a quicker process.

When: Saturday, August 8, 2026 • 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Presented by: Elisa Dillard Rainey, Founding Attorney at Rainey and Rainey, Attorneys at Law, LP. As an attorney with more than two decades of legal experience, Elisa Dillard Rainey graduated with her BBA from Baylor University in 1992 and her JD from Baylor School of Law in 1994. 

Elisa devotes her legal practice exclusively to elder law and estate planning at Rainey & Rainey. She is an adjunct professor of elder law at Baylor University School of Law and is a frequent speaker on estate planning and elder law, both to professionals and community members. Elisa is proud to be a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of lawyers in Texas.

James Rainey is a recognized leader in elder law, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Baylor University School of Law, where he teaches Elder Law to the next generation of attorneys. He is regularly invited to speak before support groups, churches, nonprofits, financial institutions, and professional associations.
